My Limo time is our professional limousine service that offers the ride you are looking for. We want you to tell us what your wants and needs are because we cater to the whims of our passengers. Whatever the occasion, we have the sedan, the SUV, or the limo you want. Sometimes you want something particular for a wedding, a prom or a special event. Other times you want a night out on the town or a day of sight-seeing or shopping in the city.

Dashboard

Admin can manage all the activities of different affiliate companies on one platform. Admin can handle all things dynamically. This Functionality allows the admin to use multiple affiliate company’s dashboards at one time and provide a dashboard to use.

Rate matrix will indicate the total amount including Meet & greet, wait time, parking tax, state tax, Airport tax, VAT, etc.

Affiliate Drivers

Affiliate Drivers are the drivers associated with a specific affiliate company
Independent Drivers

Independent Drivers are the drivers who are working independently and not associated with any affiliate company. Although they can join any affiliate company as well.

Manage Passengers & Vehicles

You also can manage your vehicle, Passenger, and luggage accordingly.You can choose your car for a ride according to the number of passengers, amount of luggage, and size of luggage. You can customize your ride by these factors. You can manage the maximum number of passengers and maximum luggage by using this feature.

Receivables

Create your invoices based on name, categories, ride, from date to date, so it becomes easy to find and easy to categorize.
Create Outstanding Invoices based on name, payment terms with an equal amount.
Show pending Transactions and filter by from date to and to date.

Payables

Pay your bill for the ride to the drivers by searching their name or their email.
pay affiliates companies directly from here if you have used any affiliate company for a ride.
Pay your commission for the ride to the Agents directly by searching their name or their email (If any).
